Sherley used to be an office worker who suffered from frozen shoulder and endometriosis, conditions that significantly affected her daily life. The constant pain made it difficult for her to focus and live comfortably. One day, she decided to try Pilates—a form of exercise that focuses on core strength and controlled movements. Surprisingly, practicing Pilates, especially exercises that engaged her abdominal muscles, helped alleviate her pain.
And Sherley has also received official certification from Pilates Academy International.
