What Happens When You Delete Your Account

Please note that while your personal account is removed, certain transaction and booking records will be retained in our secure archives for compliance with legal, financial, and tax regulations.
- You will no longer be able to access your booking history or submit claims related to previous reservations after your account has been deleted.
- This action cannot be undone
Account Deletion Processing Time
Account deletion takes effect immediately. However, certain data may remain in our internal logs for up to 30 days for auditing or security purposes, in accordance with our data retention policy.
Security
- All stored and deleted data is handled in accordance with industry-standard security practices and data encryption protocols.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your account does not have any active reservations before requesting account deletion.
