Studio Policy
- Please arrive early for your session. Class appointment will not be extended due to lateness.
- Inform your instructor in advance if you have any physical problems, handicaps or injuries.
- Full payment is due at the first day of your session.
- Payment can be made by card (debit or credit) or QR.
- All prices are non-negotiable. The Sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- All classes (Private/ Semi Private/ Group classes) have cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
- Please cancel session 12 hours in advance for trial/ private/ semi private session and 8 hours in advance for group class to avoid being charged for the session.
- Cancellation only can be made via WhatsApp: +62 8998251010
- In case of Semi Private, if your partner or Semi Private group partners cancel the session on time, you will be notified by the studio and you will have 3 options:
- Take the class as one session ( it will be counted as 1 Semi Private Session),
- You can take a Private class (paying the additional charge so your semi private session will not be deducted),
- Cancel the class and the session will be charged.
