Beginning with her passion for sports and an active lifestyle, Metha started her gym journey in 2012 and has since been actively involved in running, gym training, and group fitness classes. As a marathon finisher since 2014, fitness has become an important part of her lifestyle and well-being.
Before pursuing Pilates professionally, she spent more than 7 years working as a fitness instructor in a mega gym, where she developed a teaching approach focused on proper technique, body awareness, and safe yet effective movement.
Her love for Pilates grew even deeper after personally experiencing how it helped her recover from lower back pain. Through Pilates, she learned how mindful movement can improve body awareness, support recovery, and help the body move better in everyday life. This inspired her to help more people experience the benefits of Pilates.
Today, Metha is a certified Pilates Instructor from Pilates Academy International.
