Dewi PJ once has severe lower back pain few years a go. She has been to many doctors and doing many therapies but the pain come and go.
Though the pain is not there anymore but since then it give her lesson to take care of herself and more aware to maintain wellness with food therapy and movement.
Her interest in posture analysis and how muscles work made her into deep on studying Pilates. When she studied Pilates and applied it to herself she was interested in then teaching and eager to help clients with Pilates.
Dewi PJ also a yoga instructor since 2018.
And PJ has also received official certification from Pilates Academy International.
