Pilates had a crucial role in Pricillia’s fitness journey. Despite being active with her gym workouts, she struggled with discomfort caused by poor posture, rounded shoulders, and a lordotic spine, which affected both her daily activities and workout performance.

Through Pilates, Pricillia became more aware of her posture, alignment, and body movement. It not only helped reduce pain but also improved her core strength, flexibility, and overall body control. Pilates influenced her to move with purpose and balance, making her gym workouts more effective. Now, she’s passionate about helping others experience these same benefits and build a stronger, more mindful connection with their bodies.

And Pricillia has also received official certification from Pilates Academy International.
